Cake Mixing at Afraa Deli

Media people present included The Times of IndiaThe Telegraph-t2 , 24 Ghanta who covered the ritual with video and interviews of Chef Chef Sumanta Chakrabarti and others.

Poulomi Das and her Director of upcoming Bengali movie @karjoner kolom (A movie on Bongovongo ) was present to mark this Christmas season with a traditional “Fruit soaking Ceremony” which is the first step in kicking off the holiday season.

With the process complete, the Christmas Cake mix now would be shifted into a container, where it will be preserved for around 30-45 days. The mix will be taken out in December first or second week.


The yummy traditional plum cakes m dandy cakes and others at Afraa Deli City Centre Salt Lake will be filled with these intoxicated yummy cherries, nuts, grapes and tutti frutti.
