Hyderabadi cuisine is the princely legacy of the Nizams of Hyderabad State. It is an amalgamation of Mughlai, Turkish and Arabic along with the influence of the native Telugu and Marathwada cuisines.

Being a foodie, I am a big fan of Biryani and when the Peerless Inn team invited us to try their newly launched Hyderabadi Food Festival, we were really excited.
