The word “Biriyani” is derived from Persian word “BERYAN” and was invented in one of the mughal kitchen. Since then, there have been various versions of Biriyanis derived from it, eg. Awadhi, Hyderabadi, Sindhi, Mumbai and so on….using Chicken, Mutton, Beef, Fish, Prawns, Vegetables and so on.
As always I am excited about any Biriyani place that opens up in town! The food was delivered to our door on time, saving us the trouble of having to collect it. It was kept in a thermal box, keeping it hot. We ordered Fish Biriyani, Chicken Tikka biryani and Fish Biriyani . Yum yum yum!!
Fish Biriyani – This perfect blend of fish and rice in the form of biryani will make your dish so special. For all fish fans this will be delightful dish. It was loaded with garam masala spices. Oh, the aroma of Fish Biriyani is so heavenly that it makes you drool ! A very traditional Indian recipe delicately cooked to infuse the flavors of the fish with spices blended into the rice. An one pot meal full of flavors. It went well with Raita.
Keema Biriyani – A flavorful dish with a huge yum factor, guaranteed to make you fall in love with it in the first bite. Boneless small pieces of Succulent Soft Juicy muttons are to die for. With alternating layers of flavoured rice and minced mutton masala, this Keema Biriyani is sure to stay here for long ! The most important and highlighting part is the exotic flavor that makes the dish remarkable.
Chicken Tikka Biriyani – Super good with very tasty and juicy chicken pieces . The Biriyani itself tasted different than the normal chicken biryani. . This spicy chicken tikka Biriyani is very appetizing and delicious for lunch or dinner. Finger-licking deliciously spicy, aromatic Tikka Biriyani is really becoming my favourite day by day.
The briyanis were fluffy and flavorful. What I liked about these versions are that those had all the vibrant flavors but also seemed freshly prepared and a less heavy after feeling.
I loved the food , I did take out so not sure about done in service or wait time . A bit on the spicy side. If spice is not your thing, then go mild. They are a bit more spicier than other places, which I enjoy the most. If you’re looking for Indian food sitting at your home or office, this is a place you must try. It looks like they get pretty busy too.
