Cute restaurant. Ample seating, which is important if you have a large party. And the space itself is spacious so you’re not bumping elbows with the party next to ya. They have a mixture of small and big tables. Big table a bunch of individuals sat and ate. Seems trendy, a lot of people coming in.
The layout is wide open with lots of natural light. The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful and the positive energy rushes in as soon as you enter the cafe. The staff was passionate and friendly, and the food was absolutely superb. The line can get long sometimes but they get the orders out in a timely manner.
Nice eating area on the street side with large windows. Upbeat happy music, added to a nice ambience. Clean bathroom.

But we choose to go with the regular menu after having Traditional Bengali food everywhere !
SPICE VARDE – It is a mixture of kiwi crush, cucumber syrup and Apple juice, fresh lime.

CHILLI PORK BAO – Steamed lotus stem flour buns filled with roasted for tossed in soya sauce ! Few things can compare to this melt-in-your-mouth braised pork belly glazed in a spicy chili sauce in a soft steamed bun.
CHICKEN SIU MAI – It is always a delight to have some dim sum filled with a well-flavoured stuffing of Chicken. Served with two dipping sauces for the perfect shared plate.
HOLA SPECIAL CHICKEN KEBAB – Chef’s special chicken kebab served with Tandoori Dip. Thesechicken skewers are moist, and flavoursome. Marinated with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika A little bit different from normal Indian tandoor Kebab.
AJWANI FISH TIKKA – Fresh Basa marinated in carom seed based masala is perfected in tandoor. Delicate fish pieces marinated with with predominant flavour of Ajwan (Carom Seed) defining India-ness to the core in every bite.
KURKURE PANEER – Cubes of Cottage cheese wrapped in crunchy papad are rich preparation of paneer with delighting flavors. A delight for Vegetarians served in Shots with mayo Dip.
CRISPY THAI CHICKEN TAKRAI – Chef’s Special Thai Chicken. Nice fresh lemongrass, Thai chile peppers, and kaffir lime leaves. Full flavor of Thailand to your taste buds. A great way to liven up boring old chicken !
WASABI PRAWN – Japanese horseradish marinated deep fried fresh water prawn. The wasabi mayo coating is really good and complimentary to the whole dish. These canapés are fusion food at its finest; delicately spiced prawns that sit royally atop a bed of tasty, fiery wasabi to impress. I could not stopped myself from re-ordering and bites few from the second portion of the dish !
CHICKEN STEAK SIZZLER – Honey mustard chicken sizzlers served with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables. A delicous treat for chicken lovers.
PENNE PASTA WITH CREAMY PESTO – Creme cheese, basil, olive oil and pea nut sauce. Penne noodles are topped with a creamy pesto sauce, smooth texture and a mild cheese flavor resulted into perfect comfort food ! Served with Garlic bread as usual.
FLAT NOODLE WITH CHICKEN IN BLACK PEPPER SAUCE – This one looks easy and yummy from the very go ! That is just one big plate ‘o pretty! Carby deliciousness of those flat noodles is really starting to win me over. All saucy and full of goodness! Can’t wait to try this one again soon !

The menu is pretty eclectic with several dishes with twists and turns. It did not disappoint. Surprisingly, the experience was quite good!
What a find!!! Hola deserves all five stars (and more)! Very creative menu of multi cuisine items, really difficult to choose from. All dishes very nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. Quite different ingredients but blended harmoniously to generate a surprisingly delicious effect. Portion sizes are huge, so be prepared to take half of it home !
