Meet the budding chefs and learn where your food comes from, learn the tips and tricks for for healthy eating which can be simple as well as delicious.

We are privileged to taste a few dishes from the magnificent menu curated by 3rd year students ! We did our best to share our point of view on each dish for betterment and also came to know about few new things from the budding chefs.

Kolkata bhetki fish baked with a thick cheese sauce.

Chinese style bunna beef seared in hoisin sauce.
𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐢 –
Thai lime chicken in which gravy
𝐋𝐚𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐡 –
Chicken cooked in the slow process in spicy red gravy.
𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐨 𝐭𝐓𝐟𝐮 –
Tofu cooked in pepper gravy.
𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐨 –
Dried beans cooked and mashed and then fried with seasonings.
𝐆𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐛𝐡𝐨𝐠 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 –
Rice cooked in chicken stalk with pork
𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐤𝐤𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 –
Rice cooked in hakka chinese style.
𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢 –
Tandoori roti made with variety of grains served hot.
𝐙𝐞𝐝 𝐙𝐞𝐝 𝐙𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐞 –
Italian style donuts made deep fried and garnished with coffee powder and whipped cream
𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 –
Thick Pancake made out of pumpkin puree.
𝐆𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 –
Deep batter fried bananas served with fresh custard
And many variant of Salads along with Dahi Vada !
The whole spread will be available from 20th offcourse at main event ! Unlimited food, 60+ dishes.
And last but not the least received a token of appreciation with a beautiful Gift in form of Pressure Cooker along with VIP Invitation for Final Event !
Now, there is more reason to be make some slow cooked Mutton on a Sunday Afternoon !
